Self Service Portal |
The Client Self Service Portal
is an epiknetworks website that customers can
log into with their user account name and password,
and then add / update service MAC or repair
TICKETS. This client portal provides a 'self
serve' functionality for end users and Client
Administrators. In the near future, the Client
Self Service Portal will also allow epik Clients
to add packages / services, remove packages
/ services, make payments, view usage etc.
